Of all the Gibb brothers Robin has always been a favourite of mine,just hope he pulls through,such a talented family.

Just read that the other day, good to hear he awoke. Too many music icons have died this month already.

Sadly, his death has just been announced at the age of 62

A sad loss. Very talented song writer as well as an outstanding vocalist in a legendary family group. The Bee Gees made an outstanding contribution to music not just through their own performances but through writing songs for others the most notable of which was arguably 'Chain Reaction' by Diana Ross.
May he rest in peace.

I have the Spirits Having Flown LP on vinyl picture disc still.

And if I remember correctly, Andy Gibb actually did Chain Reaction first, or certainly played it in his live shows long before Diana Ross recorded and had a hit with the song.

They were so innovative with their music especially their early break into R & B Disco music with Jive Talking in 1975.

BTW, shortly after it's release as a single, Love You Inside Out was turned into a BBC Radio 1 jingle in 1978 by Dallas radio jingle company JAM Creative Productions who produced most of Radio 1's jingles from 1976 till the mid 90s ( http://www.jingles.com ) .........
