Not true, because that rule clearly doesn't apply to the likes of Mica, Ashley and Caitlin. All of them spend a good percentage of their shift not taking calls.

True, but I think that's because they are close to Jamie, so he's not going to cut friends, and perhaps gives them leniency. Put yourself in his shoes. It would be hard to cut a friend because they aren't bringing in tons of calls, even though more calls would be better.

And clearly she has been under the knife (lip job as well as boobs)which seemed to be almost a prerequite in La La land.Certainly wouldn't put her as 23.

This may seem odd but she seemed to look like she was almost whispering on the phone as she wasn't opening her mouth that wide.(Yeah I know that is a strange observation but I couldn't help but notice) Rolleyes
