I just recently (20 minutes ago) beat Final Fantasy X. The ending was probably the best Final Fantasy ending I have ever seen.

Hey guys aside from loving the babes, I really do love Final Fantasy so when Skateguy told me there was actually a thread about it, I was like WTF.
I pretty much love all the Final Fantasy games, my favourite being FF8. Not being funny but was I the only one that thought FF7 was "ok". Obviously the characters were amazing and stuff but I didn't really dig the story that much. Crisis Core was a great follow up though.
I think the new FF will be legendary though!

Anyone gonna get FF Advent Childen on Blu-ray? I already have the DVD but for the extra 20 minutes of footage, tighter editing and of course 1080P visuals, it has to be a must buy. Anyone interested can get it pre-order on play.com for a pretty reasonable £13.99.

Hell no FFVII is the best game ever! VERY closely followed by Kingdom Hearts, Chrono Trigger, Majora's Mask and Ocarina of Time, in fact on certain days I may feel one of those is better but at least 80% of the time FFVII is the top dog. And now playing through it again on m PSP has made me love it just as much all over again. Lets hope they bring out all of the PSOne FF's on the PSN store, because FFIX is one of the best FF's out there and while I didn't like VIII, I may like it after playing it through properly. (I got to the first bit as Laguna and just got bored and never played it again).

I'm a very big Final Fantasy fan, and a fan of most Square Enix games.

FFVIII is my favourite, I think. I always have trouble deciding between that and VII. I've just downloaded FFVII on my ps3 and enjoying replaying it. I couldn't get into FFIX at all. FFX I like but not as much as the old ones. FFX-2 was silly apart from being able to change the camera angle and look up their dresses. FFXI doesn't count. Its not a FF game. Just leveling up in a field. FFXII has the most stupid battle system ever!! I bought Revenant Wings for my DS too hoping it wouldn't have the gambit system and hmmmm yes it does.

As for other FF and Square Enix games, I've got FF3 (DS), FF Tactics Advance (GBA), Chrono Trigger (DS) - which is amazing!!, Children of Mana (DS), FF Fables: Chocobo Tales (DS), FF Crystal Chronicles (Gamecube), Dragon Quest - Journey of Cursed King (PS2), Dragon Quest : Swords (Wii), Infinite Undiscovery (360), Last Remnant (360), Kingdom Hearts (PS2), Kingdom Hearts 2 (PS2).

I hope that FF XIII is the best game ever after making people wait four years for it to come out. Apparently its coming out in 2010 according to what was said at the E3.

Im a pretty big fan of the 7 series, ive never got round to playing any others.

I recently completed crisis core on the psp.
It had some really interesting changes to the story, and some cool new characters too.

I also had the lat game in the story cannon, the dirge of cerberus game which centers around vincent.
I loved that game and played it to death.

Just noticed this thread, was thinking about this earlier which games is the best? i think in terms of playablility and storyline ffx is the best one but have to go with ffvii as it's what started it all for me with these games,been addicted ever since lol

Who would you say is the best character out of all of them? i can never choose one but Squall, Vivi, Barret and Auron are up there for me!

Zidane is probably my favourite protagonist because he was the most fun. But Auron was the top dog in FFX and it is a tie between Kefka and Sephiroth for the antagonist.

wow a whole thread to FF, love it. FFVII is my all time fav and at the moment im playing through Crisis Core again. Although i do love FF8 too especially the drawing magic system and the gun blade is awesome and FFXII is insanly huge and has a kick ass story line and i just can't wait for FFXIII and Dissedia.
