Insidious (2010) Josh Lambert (Patrick Wilson) - Josh hands Elise (Lin Shaye) the pictures from his childhood, and as she takes them from his hands, she senses something and takes a picture of Josh. He promptly goes into a rage, screaming that she knows that he doesn't like to get photographed, and leaps on her before strangling her to death. Renai (Rose Byrne)) hears Josh yelling and goes into the room to find Elise dead and Josh gone. She searches for Josh and finds everyone is gone, the house dead silent. She looks and comes across Elise's camera, seeing a picture in it of the shadowy old woman (Philip Friedman). It's revealed that what Elise saw was Josh's old and dirty hand and nails, similar to the old woman's, implying that she has possessed him. Josh then puts his hand on Renai's shoulder, saying "Renai, I'm right here," and horror envelops her face as she looks behind her.

I think this one has to top the list. The reason, despite the fact that this movie is purely fictional a lot of truth exists in it up to the present day as it once again highlights the injustices that are still happening in the world and in particular America, the so-called country of the land of the free. The yanks have got a lot to answer for in my honest opinion

Stay Alive (2006) Loomis Crowley (Milo Ventimiglia) - Loomis is woken up by a strange nightmare and goes downstairs for a snack. He is confronted by an unknown assailant and runs back upstairs only to find his room-mate slaughtered, with the walls bloodied. 12 Rounds 2: Reloaded (2013) Patrick Heller (Brian Markinson) - Heller gives 2 glass bottles to Tommy containing some alcoholic beverage. One of them is poisoned. Tommy drinks one, presumes he will die now, then laughs hysterically but Heller pours the contents of the other bottle, igniting it leaving Tommy to die.

12 Rounds 2: Reloaded (2013) Patrick Heller (Brian Markinson) - Later that night, Final Round, Heller has Nick (WWE wrestler/actor Randy Orton) and Sarah (Cindy Busby) tied up in the back of his SUV and calls 911 and tells emergency services that there will be an accident at Grant and Sherwood Intersection. Nick breaks free and fights Heller, helping himself and Sarah escape seconds before the car explodes.

Tommy and Jimmy brutally beat him senseless by stomping on his head and hitting him in the face with a gun until he's a bloody pulp.They put him in the boot of their car and realise he's not dead.To finish him off ,Tommy stabs him repeatedly with a carving knife,Jimmy then shoots him.

There was a fight to the death between Nola Longshadow & Clay Burton. The fight ended with Nola literally having her trachea ripped out of her throat. I thought the scene was a mix of what the fuck, wow and that must be a painful way to die.
