I have to say I'm surprised. The girls always cover up before 5am but this was down to simulated gestures made after 04.30 which apparently is an hour before the 05.30 cut off. It seems that hour is regarded by Ofcom as a similar watershed to 9-10pm. I've never heard of that one... have you?
I hope the fine, when it comes isn't huge cos it might be the straw etc

Definitely won’t be getting any fines on daytime!!

It's too late for Ofcom to issue a fine. It would have to be included in the decision and there's nothing there about any penalty or punishment.

Clara’s good. Very good. But Maria is on another level. Just my opinion mind.

It is obvious that they do tone it down after 4.30am. In fact they seem to just lay on their front again most of the time. And to say that everything kicks off at 10pm is just not true. It's a very slow build.

It also used to be that xpanded was the easiest to get through without waiting or listening. The girls made it fairly obvious when they weren't talking to a caller. Not anymore and most callers also seem to be talking about nothing when you do listen. I think some of them are just production staff holding the actual calls up.

Rebranding to SoSpoilt it would seem?? We wait to see what difference that makes to the channel. I am making the assumption So Spoilt is owned by a different company than the one that ran the channel itself??, so it is now in different hands??
