One thing that didn't make sense about tonights ep, Joe Carroll uses the video of them being abused by Ryan from the first to get transferred yet Carroll been talking to that female lawyer to his things done but yet none of there visits have been recorded.

I was disappointed with tonights ep, for me it felt like a average ep it was good places but too many silly elements in the show. I really like the concept of the show and I think Kevin Bacon, James Purefoy and Shawn Asmore are great in the roles but its the story lines in places are bit silly, am shocked that no one suspected at any point the lawyer may have been involved, nor any of her visits were never recorded on camera she visited Carroll or the last ep with the police, SWAT and FBI ment to surrounding the farm house and in every ep the cops seem to be really dumb. Thats one thing i liked about 24 i know there different shows it was so well written yeah you odd silly thing like Kim Bauer being kidnapped every season or a mole in CTU, till they did a clever twist with in season 3 which i won't spoil but i felt more engaged with what was going on with that, i like the fact Jack Bauer wasn't a dummy and was able see past things when everyone else couldn't and of course Jack doing what he does best kicking ass. Now that Carroll is about should i say i hope this gives more chance of the series to follow a little better.

I'm no legal eagle but I'm pretty sure it's illegal to record a conversation between a lawyer and client.

I'm no legal eagle but I'm pretty sure it's illegal to record a conversation between a lawyer and client.

From the little i know on the rules on that a little different for people like the FBI and its tv show so there bound not totally the same as they are in real life you only have to look at something like 24 when that was on.

If they want this series to last then they have tighten up the storyline's as at times its silly, the show has the potential to be great but in places sometimes the storyline lets it self down. Kevin Bacon and James Purefoy are excellent in there roles i guess i've been spoilt a little with shows like 24 and The Walking Dead different shows i know but there better written. Its still good series just could do with tuning up a bit only time will tell.

No. they are not different for the FBI, the rules are the rules for everyone and not just for everyone else. people can say it's unrealistic that they wouldn't record the conversations. and then the other people who know the rules would say it's unrealistic if they did, swings and roundabouts.
