ps3 jail breaking?

Hey has anyone jail broken their ps3, been tryin for ages but password hard to get due to surveys.

Its pretty hard to do with these with Sony updating the software a lot these days but i think its possibly.

Yeah its possible but now its a lot harder than before when the official FW was on 3.55 and Geohot cracked it wide open. You could hack it as simple as installing official FW back then. Now even I wouldn't like to attempt to hack it as I'm sure I'd end up bricking my console.

Yh but what is the 4.31 jailbreak all about, they say it can work on any firmware and simply done through a USB, seen the steps and its easy but like I said before the password is hard to get

Is it safe to say that if I jailbroke my ps3 I wouldn't get caught?

Still have to be on FW3.55 sorry

only if you dont play online games. really only use Jailbreak if you only want to play copied games that u want to play offline
