It's not the channels job to challenge Ofcom rules. It's your job. Wake up! It's you that Ofcom are seeking to protect with their rules and it's up to you to do something about it. Expecting the channels to do your work for you is futile. Instead of blaming it all on the channels, you need to ask yourself why you've failed to mount any protest to Ofcom over their rules for the protection of the public which you apparently don't agree with.

When i made the post i did expect to have the blame for current ofcom regs laid on me personally,i thought this forum was meant for debates in relation to babeshows,not to be used to personally insult or criticise someone whos only connection with these shows is as a viewer,perhaps you would like to outline what you are doing to change things,i now wonder if i should quit the forum as i cant cope with the responsibility of every thing being down to me to fix.

But I'm not the one who's complaining. It's up to those who are complaining or dissatisfied about the situation to take steps to try and change things. As I said before there's no point in expecting the channels to take action.

So i assume you dont think you have done anything wrong in laying the blame on me personally for the state of the channels current output,i beg to differ as far im concerned i dont want you to reply to this post or pm me either as i will not respond to people who use this forum just to bully others.

After your responces today the only thing that dissatifies me is your attitude towards me,replying to my post with an image of a man laughing just upsets me but based on your responce you have no thought at all for the feeling of the other person,last time i was bullied was 25 years ago,so i would like to thank you for making me feel like that again today.

Ofcom regs helped me out today with a phone/broadband dispute and got me some money refunded, im more than happy with them.

Because he's not attacking you personally. The post is explaining that it's up to the public to challenge Ofcom, not the babe channels. You've misunderstood the point of the post.
