Being brutally honest my cat could manage a team in that league. The fact that your average gate can be more than every other team in Scotland on the same day shows how irrelevant Scottish fitba has become. How many Scottish, or in your case Irish players grace the top half of the Premier League? Where is modern King Kenny, Souness, Archibald, Hansen, McLair etc etc?
Anyway I reckon Bobby Sands could be the new manager seeing as your fans see him as some kind of hero....

an unknown quantity but has built a reputation as one of the best upcoming young managers in the game. spoke well in his interview earlier about playing good attacking football "the celtic way", and building a strong squad for the future. hopefully he can make his mark in the champions league which is where he will really have to deliver. whoever is in charge will get the backing of the fans so good luck to him

Never heard of him until yesterday, also no disrespect to Norwegian football but Norway isn't exactly a country renowned for it's football. The only achievements to my knowledge that Ronny Deila has won is the Norwegian League and cup.

I think it's got John Barnes syndrome written all over it. Paul Le Guen was a more successful manager when he came to Rangers and just look at the mess he got them into
