Call of Duty : Advanced Warfare - Coming 4/11/14

Been playing this tonight... played 10 minutes of the single player on ps4 and thought, what a waste of money, Might aswell go back and play the last Modern Warfare... It's no different apart from a ridiculous jump suit thing..

I'm liking it personally. Not sure what there isn't to like as a FPS it has all the ingredients and personally I find it much better than Ghosts. If you use the jump suit properly then it adds another dimesnion tactically. Battlefield 5 has to deliver after the shambles with 4 if it is to compete for honours.

Getting pissed off waiting for online mode to install! had the game 3 days now and still installing online!

Really? Mine took a matter of minutes to download on Monday. Maybe due to the server demand, though I was playing online last night and had no problems.

Yes it does. but it's no fun, is too easy.

Played the first few missions of the campaign, nothing new or particularly interesting so on to the MP. After 2 hours? I actually found myself liking it! I was expecting to hate it. HOWEVER, I have been playing the classic playlist, all that exo-suit stuff is as annoying and pointless as I thought it would be.

Was just getting into the Campaign and just as I was enjoying it it ended and I had completed the game... is that the shortest campaign ever?.. what bullshit

Thought i'd move onto Multiplayer first game 20 - 7, 2nd game 22 - 10, 3rd game 15 - 7.. then all of a sudden I cant move without being shot from behind and i'm lucky to get 1 kill..

FPS games are rarely won or lost through skill in my experience, it's usually pot luck as to whoever is running on the best side of lag and this game is no exception.
Watch your kill cam and you'll see that often your dead before you even fire your weapon even though you've fired several shots and got a bunch of hit markers.
I expected this and the only way I've found to combat these super laggy games is to camp and keep it long range, even that can fail if it's bad enough though.
So far I've been in some terrible skippy and jumpy lobbies too, along with getting kicked out of random lobbies and game freeze requiring a forced shut down
The game has potential but needs some desperate fixes. Last night I threw the towel in and went back to BO2 after game freeze number 3 within a 45 minute window.
