The EU directive you refer to has been renamed the Audiovisual Media Services Directive - but the principle remains exactly the same, that a broadcaster can't be required to have a license to broadcast if they already have one from another EU member state.

Studio 66 TV 3 - 941 is a channel that has an Ofcom licence. It will be showing a feed from America, like it has done before. But we don't yet know if the feed will be from a webcam, or cameras in a studio. Either way, there is no issue with the Licence.

An interesting idea but changes nothing.
We want to see more action, our own girls could provide that given the chance and changing the nationality achieves exactly what?

It gives them more girls capable of achieving impressive call stats. Otherwise they wouldn't be doing it.

Not necessarily changing nationality, just because it's being broadcast from the States, as we've had Sophie Dee & Tanya Tate posing as Americans lately.
I don't know if there is a tradition of babe channels in the U.S. They may not be familiar with how to do the proper level of show. We'll see soon enough.

The USA don't really have babeshows like the uk does. Think the closest they have is playboy night calls, but when s66/elite have had guest us stars on, they have pretty much all done very well and overall been a big success I think

I'd like to see Alexis texas on it

Agreed! I also don't think I'm wrong in saying that when S66 have had the US porn stars in as guests, they've been far more tolerant in terms of what they allow them to do.
