To be fair to Norway, I think despite not having won a game this year, they probably could have quite a good campaign in qualifying, as they have some decent players in Flo & King that look decent threats in future.
England are, on the other hand looking more like a team that is totally lost, and needs a firmer hand on the tiller off the pitch. Sometimes Hodgson's decisions on Wednesday just didn't have the immediate impact that was needed.
And the back four is going to be a real concern on Monday, how will it stand up in a competitive international?

The top tier was only closed because it wasn't needed. The predicted crowd of 35,000 to 40,000 meant that a decision was made to leave the top tier closed and only open it if the attendance on the night turned out to be higher than expected.

So what you are saying is that Norway who have lost, not having won a game this year should have a good campaign, while England who actually won this game are no hopers. Don't see either squad dazzling anyone soon.

I wouldn't be surprised if they lose on Monday if the attendance gets lower for the first home qualifier. Maybe it is better if they did play some friendly matches away from Wembley for a while and charged
cheaper tickets. When Wembley has no atmosphere it makes less of a game. I wonder how many left before the end?

Sterling was awesome, seems to be playing well every game. Sturridge is just a selfish plonk who couldn't hit the target despite having more shots than any other player.
