No, not true. The EPG slots were owned by Satellite Entertainment Ltd.

Primetime TV (UK) limited is the licence holder of the STD 66 named channels,

Not true either. The licensee of Studio 66 TV1 is 914 TV Limited and the licensee of the other 2 Studio 66 channels is 965 TV Limited.

No.

No, because they don't.

No, because they don't.

Firstly : I didn't say BB owned the channel slots, i asked a question, so can you provide any proof that SEL owned the channel slots of 940 and 942 when BB last used them ?,SEL were a non active non trading company and had been for a while when BB last used the Sport XXX channel slots .
SEL were the licence holders of the Sport XXX channels and the owners of the channel slots when BB first started using them, but BB left them for a while, and some disappeared from Sky for a while completely, the channel slots were up for sale, Playboy purchased 1, BB returned on the others, but did BB purchase the slots or were they still owned by SEL ? .

Secondly : Concerning Licences, yes the name on the licence isn't Primetime, but Primetime TV UK Limited is the Parent company of 914 TV Limited, and the company were the money comes from, 914 TV Limited is a non active non trading company, it has no money in the bank, no assets or liability's
965 TV Limited is the same, it's a non active or trading company and has no money ..
The same person "Eli Thomas Nathenson" is the main share holder/owner of all 3 company's by the way .

Thirdly : You say Primtime UK TV Limited don't own the slots, then who does is what i would like to know ? .

Life is short . Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile .

When Satellite Entertainment Ltd went out of business their EPG slots were snapped up by Northern & Shell.

You may remember they put their old babe channel names up for a while, Dirty Talk and so on, until they did a deal with Studio 66.

So who now owns these channel slots ?, You say it's not Primetime TV (UK) Limited the company that runs the STD 66 channels, are you suggesting they are owned by Northern & Shell ? .

If so then i assume both STD 66/Primetime and the people behind this new XtremeFilth show will be paying jointly Northern & Shell for the use of their channel slot ?, because STD 66 will be using the channel in the daytime and XtremeFilth at night .

It's not that complicated. Studio 66 will continue to pay Northern & Shell as usual, in accordance with their existing contract. All other arrangements are between Studio 66 and Krystal/Kiki.

So you are saying Sky channel 940 is owned by Northern & Shell .
So what about the GoldenGirls channel of 940, is that also owned by Northern & Shell ? and not STD 66/Primetime ? .

Northern & Shell own the EPG slot. They do not own Golden Girls, which didn't use that slot anyway when it was first broadcast.

For example, which can still be added to Sky, despite it being a blank screen. It's on a different frequency, but it still has a licence

what does this mean Surprised laugh

It doesn't mean anything. Northern & Shell may not be broadcasting Dirty Talk anymore, or not currently anyway, but that doesn't put them under any obligation to surrender their license.
