Jeremy Lloyd, co-creator of BBC comedies 'Allo 'Allo! and 'Are You Being Served?', has died aged 84.

Jeremy was an actor in his own right.
He became typecast as a posh public school type.

He married Joanna Lumbley in 1970 and appeared in 'Games that Lovers Play' with her.
