Calling Elite TV/Studio 66 - Phone, Site & Tech Issues

You can't call a premium rate number from outside the UK.

among the options to call numbers, they have a full list of countries, then "Other". In other there is a number that from belgium does not work... i used to call bluebird on their normal number... how come studio66 does not have it?

Well it's about time they sorted the mess that their website has recently become.

Option/Stream 1 is shown as Cara but its Steel not Brett who is on and Miss Brett's web-stream is in-accessable on the site.

The affiliate's webstreams are usually fine but they cut out every few minutes.

so... there is a number to call from Holland, one from France, and no one from Belgium... there is also i have to call via internet and stay 10 minutes online? i used to stay one hour on the telephone... if this is not the client that studio66 wants, then bluebird (with all its defect) was much much better client oriented...

i thought it was more professional. what a shame...

Well I'm disappointed once again with St66 Called Clare, waited for a while then I finally got through to her and minutes into the call I got cut-off and all I got was a hissing noise for a couple of 2/3 minutes and then I got put back to the main by then I was virtually coming to the time out time so had to end the call What a joke

Called up, chose option 1.
Waited 5 mins and was told I was being connected a few times before being sent back to the menu system for no reason .
Rang again, waited a few minutes and listened in as a few callers got chatting to the on screen babe before their calls seemed to get cut short.
I then got chatting to the on screen babe but got sent back to the menu system for no reason yet again .
Thank goodness it was 46p a minute rather than £1.53 .
Pretty shoddy if you ask me .

The voipay number on their site doesn't seem to get through to her. Need the one displayed on the TV

Another call connection only to have the conversation cut short by being sent back to the menu system for no reason .

Does anyone currently have problems accessing the Studio66tv website? Seems to be down for me.

The webstreams still seems to be running, just not sure how I'll access their webcams without their site.

Yes, I know the webstreams are working as in my initial response. I just have no idea how I'll get access to the webcams as I don't think that shows up normally on that site. It just shows the 3 primary webstreams which I know are still working.
