Europe, Referendum & Brexit (formerly Europe..IN or OUT??)

That slippery cunt Alistair Campbell was on a few political programmes this morning spouting his usual bile about Brexit.This deluded prick claims he's a patriot of this country & constantly iterates that he respected the result of the EU Referendum (which is clearly a sign he doesn't) & yet he partially admitted being in the ear of fellow EU representatives & MP's telling them to play hardball with the U.K & belittling this country. I reckon he genuinely believes that if he can someway persuade the EU to offer the worst of deals possible then the UK will cancel Brexit & all is forgiven & forgotten.He even had the brass neck to admit that even if the EU & UK negotiate the best deal physically possible it still wouldn't be good enough.
Fair play to former Labour MP Gisela Stewart for putting old Alistair in his place by saying she was elected 4 times & he hasn't stood once.When Gisela said about stopping the pessimism & help the government secure a good deal he retorted "Why should I ??".

I admit I hate a fair amount of people in this world but I fucking despise Alistair Campbell (& everything he stands for) with Tony Blair running close second.If there is any justice in this world there would be slow spit-roasts in Hell waiting for the pair of them to sit on when the time comes.

why not give them quick moving spit roasts in hell and get it over and done with?

Campbell is still singing Blair's praises even after all these years. I'm sure many people voted for Brexit because Blair supported Remain (I saw this happen).

If they really wanted Brexit to fail, the best bet would be for them to start supporting it

the EU seem to think they can set the pace about when they move on to trade talks, I would call their bluff and threaten to walk away if they don't start in December

Well thats buggered that up There is no coalition aggreement in germany and Merkel is in threat

so probably no deal may be our only option...

Maybe if the UK had adopted an attitude of "we're going to get a good deal" in the first place, they might have got one. But by discounting that themselves, they've now got a choice of two crap options.

And once we're into the realms of "relying on the US" things will be much worse.

we aint going to get a good deal anyway it has to get past 27 countrys to be ratified and theres a snowballs in hells chance of that happening

I've got a conspricy theory on Brexit in that our economy will be destroyed so badly that we rejoin the EU and accept the Euro currency in return. Which has been the plan all along.
