More scaremongering here:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-42315280
Quote:The Rand Corporation study said the worst option would be a "no deal".
That would leave the UK economy 4.9% poorer by 2029.
"No deal" would also have a negative effect on the EU economy, but it would be "relatively minor".
The report said that even a "soft Brexit" involving staying in the free market would not be as positive economically as staying in the EU.
Those mean old spoilsport Americans, huh? Bounce

The House of Commons votes in favour of Dominic Grieve MPs Amendment 7 to the governments Brexit Bill, allowing parliament to get a meaningful vote on the final outcome

This is what take back control looks like, Parliamentary Sovereignty in action

Congratulations Brexiteers

If i could find a girl that had the looks of Gal Gadot, breasts of Sophie Mudd with Demi Rose's ass, the personality of Jessica Ennis, the grace of Kendall Jenner on the red carpet and then behind closed doors the raw sexual energy of Nicole Snow i'd know i was dead and gone to heaven, so i'll just take Demi Rose's ass and Nicole's sexual energy

We should have been way further down the Brexit road than we are now talks should have started the day we triggered Article 50 - I have a horrible feeling that this commons defeat will only allow Parliament go completely what the public vote wanted in their meaningful vote last year and the referendum vote will have been meaningless

^ The public were never asked to vote on the type of Brexit they wanted. One thing is clear though - the Brexiteers have shouted long and hard that they wanted sovereignty returned to Parliament and that is what they got last night Big GrinBig GrinBig Grin

A short video clip of Nick Clegg looking daft (as usual) - https://twitter.com/daily_politics/statu...2338999297
I've seen this a few times over the last year or so, and it's always made me laugh. Smile

Lately though, on reflection, I think it's right to blame the media for not explaining the potential consequences of Leaving, they obviously didn't feel the need to warn people about all this beforehand. Especially Sky News and many at the BBC who are now forever screeching & preaching the Remoaner side of things. Impartiality goes quickly out of the window when Brexit is the topic.
Then again, maybe drama brings in the viewers, so it's alright for them. Business as usual. Rolleyes

how anyone thinks they can vote to reject a deal in parliament and they will get a better one by sending them back to renegotiate it completely baffles me

It is interesting that you say that, because I still support Remain, and to me, the BBC & Sky seem to be constantly pushing Brexit as a good thing, interviewing believers like IDS or Farage, and whenever anyone tries to say a word against, they bring up the 52% thing. Murdoch, for one, is unlikely to be against Brexit.
