I just feel that this will have some implications for what we can & can't say online in terms of us making our voices heard

It may well do, another concern is that the EU has laws on an open internet that include Net Neutrality

Given that this is the government that brought about the snoopers charter we can expect Net Neutrality to go

I don't buy that excuse, wasn't he one of those that said the result is final, is he now seeing what the consequences are, or just wanting people to still know he exists, seeing as nobody really gives two fucks about him. lol.

when it looked like it was a remain win on the night of the referendum he was going for a 2nd one then when they won he changed his tune now he has changed his tune again

maybe one reason is that when it happens he doesnt have anything and he will soon disappear into obscurity which he doesnt want

Why do people keep listening to him? He's a has been. He chose not to be UKIP leader any more, and thus forfeited the right to be heard automatically by every news outlet ever.
