Tricky because there is no countback rule you can apply in this particular round if the scenario applies in this round (by the way I don't know if it does or not as I have not counted the number of nominations for each babe).
You could give yourself as organiser the casting vote but this might be deemed as unfair.
You could toss a coin but this would be possibly deemed as unfair as well as not independently verified.
The other thing you could do is put both babes into matches against the next opponent.
If both lose against the next opponent problem solved.
If one wins and one loses against the next opponent then problem solved
If both win against the next opponent but one wins by a bigger margin than the other then problem solved. The one with the bigger winning margin progresses.

However........ if both beat their next opponent by exactly the same margin then you are back to square one.
You would just have to hope and pray that did not happen .
Of course there is one other scenario to bear in mind.
If there is a tie on all counts in a round AFTER this one then there is a countback mechanism you could use.
Look at the winning margins in the previous round or rounds.
Whichever babe has the better tournament points difference could progress or win in the case of the final.
