Even if Brooke is given the benefit of the doubt and we assume there's a genuine reason why she couldn't fulfill the order, there's no excuse for lack of communication or lack of refund. Piss poor.

Yes, piss poor. I have tried to give her all benefit of any doubt, been very reasonable, trusting and tolerant. But it seems quite clear now that's been abused. I think nearly three months is long enough.

Unfortunately for me, my nature has cost me - literally too. Some people are just the opposite and as much as I don't want to label Brooke like that, she's given me no option.

I will gladly take all this back and 'apologise', if she does the right thing.

So yes, seriously bad and piss poor from her.

I'd hardly say I've been berating her. But yes, she's pissed me off and posting on here allows 'me' to vent. Further, my initial post was to advise of a 'different' side of Brooke (to the fawning she gets from many, irrespective) and to then be mindful in case others want to arrange something with her.

And, if you think she (& others), whether members/posters on here or not, don't read the posts, you're very naïve.

Yeah, I realise you're telling us as much as you're telling her. And berating was a mild appraisal of the situation (and fair play, if you've effectively been robbed, then you're right to be upset).
