Resolving Host problem for postimage
Have been experiencing a problem today with not being able to see images on the forum, that are posted with postimage.org. Some of them are pics that I could see yesterday but are not working now, and all new posts today.

Here's an example of what the pages look like :

There is a "resolving host...." message in the bottom left corner of the browser when the page is loading and then only blank rectangles load. I assume other people can see the pics, judging by the thanks.

I tried in Chrome and also in Explorer.

Here is the error message when I right-click on one of the "images"

Have tried clearing dns cache, and restoring my laptop and read some advice online but don't understand much of the technical detail of it.

Anyone know how to fix this?

RE: Resolving Host problem for postimage
I found a solution, and an explanation for why I couldn't see what other people could.
It turns out that my anti-virus software had set my internet connection to use its own DNS server, and it looks like it was slower to update postimage.org's new IP than other people's.
So I changed the address to Google DNS server and now all the pictures are showing up on the forum.
Much better Smile
