Please help

Im logging on from a Sony ericsson mobile. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to upload pictures/videos avatars etc from a mobile phone and if so, how u do it? It would be much appreciated, thanks.

Sony phones are good for browsing, but anything else is a nightmare!
Unless you have an X1,you can forget about uploading stuff.
