Trump & his 3 eldest children are being sued by the New York Attorney General for “persistent illegal conduct” relating to Trump’s charitable foundation. At least 5 examples of “self dealing” eg using charity funds to buy a portrait of himself which he hung in one of his golf clubs, using charity funds to pay Mar A Lago legal bills and using the charity to promote his presidential campaign

I've managed to get my hands on some of the transcript from the summit

Trump: "Ok, this is what we're gonna do. If you sign this, I'll cancel all the military exercises with S Korea."
Kim: "What is it? A commitment to get rid of all my nuclear weapons?"
Trump: "Hell no, just keep them hidden. I'll tweet that you've destroyed them and the mugs will believe it. No, this is a contract for the first Trump hotel in Pyongyang. It's gonna be great."
Kim: "But why do you want to invest in our country?"
Trump: "Are you kidding? Your people work for peanuts, they have no rights, and if they step out of line you just execute them. It's a fantastic place to do business! If only the US was like that, life would be alot easier"

One thing Trump did get Kim to agree to was the repatriation of the remains of US soldiers killed in the Korean War. Seems he’s claiming that on his Presidential campaign lots of parents asked him to bring their boys home. So lets work this out - the war ended 65 years ago and if an 16 year old soldier died (he would have been 81 now) so his parents would in their very late 90’s at least. Pinnochio Trump lying again (unless the parents were from Tennessee in which case the mother could be 93!)

Wow I've just been reading the court petition from the New York Attorney General against Trump regarding the Trump Foundation. Trump has said on Twitter he won't settle but from reading these papers his fingerprints are all over the wrongdoing - in fact he exercised sole control over the bank account and the Foundation Board on which his children sat had never met!

Not really an issue, Trump will just pardon himself And he said De Niro had a low IQ

^ He has no pardon powers for a State crime which this is - he can only pardon where it's an offense against the US i.e. a Federal crime. The punishment requested by the New York AG is repayment of monies wrongly taken and a 10 year ban from Directorship of non-profit organistaions. A one year ban is requested for his children. The referrals to the Federal Election authorities and the US Revenue service could be equally troublesome.

The wonderful thing is that as he was the only signatory on the Foundation bank account his fingerprints are on every cheque issued

No doubt he will try to claim the case should not be heard whilst he is President but that get out usually only applies to events that occurred after someone becomes President. These all occurred before that.

Manafort's been jailed after having his bail revoked for alleged witness tampering.

All the others have either done deals or pled guilty but Manafort's going to fight it all the way.

I would not be surprised if he was re - elected in 2022 that'll he'll push for a constitutional change so he can be President for life or one or one of his kids will follow him as President
