No doubt he will try to claim the case should not be heard whilst he is President but that get out usually only applies to events that occurred after someone becomes President. These all occurred before that.

^ Unlikely. He was already being sued during the campaign for the fraudulent Trump University which he eventually paid to settle and was of course being accused by multiple women of inappropriate behaviour and it made no difference.
