updated 5/5/09 chatback licence was still valid on the ofcom site.
AMY GOT A CALL A FEW HOURS AGO FROM BEN AT THE STATION TELLING HER THAT CHAT BACK IS NO MORE.

OFCOM HAS PULLED THEIR LICENCE TO BRODCAST ADULT CHAT AS THEY WERE ONLY LICENCED AS A TELLY SHOPPING CHANNEL...

SO THEY WILL HAVE TO RE_APPLY TO GET BACK BROADCASTING LIVE.

BANG BABES HAS TAKEN OVER CHANNEL 962 FOR THE TIME BEING.

BEN SAID THAT IF ENOUGH PEOPLE CALL 09011 02 0000 AND SPEAK TO ONE OF THE GIRLS AT HOME THEN CHATBACK CAN RETURN HOTTER AND BETTER THAN BEFORE.

COME ON GUYS, GIVE ONE OF THE GIRLS A CALL AND THEN YOU WILL HELP JULIET, ANGLE, AMY AND EVEN KYLIE CAN BE BACK LIVE ON YOUR TV!

smacks of desperation to me.
they knew months ago that they had the wrong licence and every day they were braudcasting they were breaking ofcom rules, so im of the opinion that ofcom, instead of issuing them with a record fine just closed them down.
