you know you can get them to come to you thats what my father did in fact might be better for your case if you do that. because the bastards think if you can make it to the test centre however how much pain or how long it takes then you can make it to this fictional job they think you could do to stop your money

Losing the money for my father wasnt the bad thing about it is losing the motability car because it is essential for day to day living especially when need to go to hospital for appointments and the like

sorry to hear your dad lost his car just hope you'll think about going to CAB about it that's not right they can penalise him when you know how much it mean to him to get out and about and have some sort of independence

Nothing can do about it as its a finance agreement and when they stop payment then they take the car away given me a month or so to get another car or pay for the car other ways which im looking at the moment

PERSONAL PIP ANNOUNCEMENT!!
Bloody hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The letter assessment for my PIP was in my letter box and it is two weeks Monday at 2:40 - and it took them this bloody long to go through my claim!!

Anyone with experience with how these assessments usually work????

Bring me up to date with your Dad's situation mate.

You go to your local HM tribunal centre babelover48 where you get asked various questions by a panel of 3 which lasts around an hour after which they tell you if you’re successful is basically what happens

Yeah thats how it works and if your successful then you should have all the back payments and the like within a few weeks

Went for assessment yesterday only to be told assessment was cancelled, and because of working hours, I was unaware of this!! Just spent 15 mins getting through to Assessment team who said claim had been passed back to DWP and DWP have said call back Thursday as claim has not been passed back to them!! honestly it will probably be another six weeks before I get new appointment for assessment I reckon.
