Chris Cornell RIP

The sound garden front man has passed away at 52. Was the voice of my teenage years. According to reports he had performed just hours before his death.

So awful, Soundgarden were one of my favourite bands.He had such a great voice that he put to use with wonderful effect in Audioslave too.

Horrible news Chris Cornell died. A true legend seen him live 3 times each time that voice hit me like a ton of bricks. RIP Chris

Sad sad news. It's pretty grim to think that of the four big grunge groups of the era - Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, & Nirvana, only one singer - the incredible Eddie Vedder - is left. In all honesty, Soundgarden were my least favourite of those, but Christ did Cornell have a great voice. RIP CC.
