You think it's easy? where it that easy, there would be bombs going off left right and centre with all the nutters in the world. I did chemistry at uni and there's no way without the right knowledge and proper training could I make a bomb was a blast radious like that.

We are not talking of a bang in the garden here, we are talking about one powerful enough to kill at lest 22, and injure dozens more, that is an hell of an explosion. Strickes me you'd need more than fertilizer and sodium chlorate for it.

May be it was a lone bomber, but working alone? I'm not buying it, espcially when it has all the all marks of a planed and targeted attack.
