I know it's easy. An old School friend of mine is ex RLC Bomb Disposal and he's seen more than his fair share of home made bombs. They're called Improvised Explosive Devices for a good reason.

The Boston Marathon bombs were made from fireworks and placed in a pressure cooker to amplify the blast. Viable Pressure Cooker bombs have been found in Poland & France in the last few years.

There is almost certainly more than one person involved in this and I doubt they only made one bomb if there's a cell operating in the UK.

Threat Level increased to Critical. Operation Temperer authorised by the Home Secretary. Troops to be deployed under Police Command at high risk sites.


They know something is going on.

I suspect alot of the fatalities and injuries would be caused by the projectiles rather than the explosives themselves.

One eye-witness said she thought at first it was a balloon bursting, or something falling off the stage.
