I'd describe that style as hip hop not Gangsta.

Ain't hip hop either unless you are one of the bling crowd rather than the music of hip hop
I think we all get the idea though. What would pass as urban street clothes if you were to believe the romanticised view of Hollywood

I agree with Mega79, and the word bling is so overused and outdated, it was used once in a hip hop tune to describe diamond encrusted jewlry than the media seemed to jump on it and apply it to everything, same with the word urban.

Definately doesn't suit white girls (like Tiffany)
