Premier League Prediction Thread 2017-2018

At the start of the season, I never thought in a million years that I would be the winner and I certainly never thought I would hold a lead for so long, I don't really have the answers to my success, just pure guesswork and luck I suppose, I always thought myself as an Eddie Howe rather than a Pep Guardiola so this is a real surprise ?

Thanks to Regenerated for running a great competition, I can only imagine how time consuming it can be and to everyone who took part

56 correct results, that is impressive on its own. Well done Stillroom Rock.

It certainly is a dark art - last year I finished joint top so I reckoned I must have hit on the secret formula, but did the same thing this year and ended up an unremarkable 15th place. Good job it's just for fun.

Have to say that regenerated, you did an excellent stint as the man in charge this season, and especially in the way you published extra result tables in the middle of the busy double prediction weeks, to keep us up to date with how badly we were doing

So back to the drawing board...

I mite not be back next season we shall see as i am getting into super 6's which i started doing late into the season anyway it has been entertaining and thanks to Regenerated for running the competition it has been fun i am happy to finish in the top 10 that was my aim when i started the season after starting so badly i think i was 18th bye guys and maybe see you next season.

By the way Stillroom Rock you are Pep Guardiola you finished top of the league which is the position Man City finished so you are the Man City of football i finished in Everton's position joint 7th if you go by points i am happy with that congarts on the victory Stillroom Rock a well deserved victory for anyone that leads since week 26 deserves to win no disrespect to the other players.

I'll be honest I was a little disappointed in not qualifying for Europe (in the Top 5) in my debut season but with a few big signings (a crystal ball & Mystic Meg) I reckon I'll aim for higher & maybe a title push next season.

Three Words..... Roll On August.... WELL DONE STILLROOM ROCK.

Now if I hadn't missed the first couple of rounds, along with tinkering with my tried n tested formula in the later rounds (stupid decision) who knows!!!
