You may have been watching a video from the tagthesponsor website which has been pranking Instagram models for years after the original Porta Potty story broke (one girl, never identified). They pretend to be a rich Arab prince and offer to fly them over to do things like scat, shoving live fish up their rectums and taking the virginity of their mentally challenged 12 year old son; for a joke site its pretty dark

As for the pm's comment. You would be surprised what people talk about privately in return for more information! I've had probably 20 ish pm's about this in total.
