"Katee Sackhoff (Starbuck from Battlestar Galactica) on “24’s” eighth season will play Dana Walsh, “a highly respected and down-to-earth data analyst at the new and improved New York branch of CTU,” according to Entertainment Weekly’s Michael Ausiello.

Her character will be putting the bone to CTU field agent Davis Cole, played by Freddie Prinze Jr., and “she apparently has a skeleton in her closet she's trying desperately to keep hidden,” according to Ausiello."
