I originally posted this on the what i like about this forum thread but i wanted to keep that thread positive so i have deleted it and decided to post this here this is something that has come to my mind today by the way when i was thinking about it.

So as you guys know i made this post ages ago i was just wondering if you guys think it has come true you can see the quote down below so i raise the question is this forum dying i was discussing this by PM with my boyfriend GMach sorry i mean't friend.

I don't see it dying, most forums can go on for years but I really think that members should be a lot friendlier to newbies(instead of hurling insults and remarks around) because they see it as upsetting the status quo they had before. I've seen this happen on a few forums, you also get cliques and of course people who instantly take a dislike to you-those sort of people you can ignore or block, but as to the actual forum, nah, I can't see it dying as such but in some cases I would say it needs to change its ways and be friendlier.

I wouldn’t say the forum is dying, it’s as active and lively as it was when I first joined it in June 2009...nearly 12 years ago now.

What has changed, and which has increased markedly recently, is the instances of sniping at certain posters on here. This is not a healthy development. It’s not clever, and it threatens to drive members away. What is healthy is a forum with a genuine diversity of members, with different attitudes, quirks, interests...whatever. Too many people with the same ideas, and things get stale, you just end up with an echo chamber.

I’m not saying that everyone should be matey with everyone else, but if for whatever reason you don’t like someone’s style of posting, then surely for the sake of keeping the peace, just block them.

The forum had 18,375 users over the last 24 hours. Most people visiting the site are guests.
The peak number was reach on 31st December 2012 with 26,918 users.

But wasn't this around the time that Bangbabes were closing?
And there was less competition for information. The girls now prefer to use mediums that they can control like twitter and OnlyFans. Guys are using us as just one way to keep informed about the girls.

Channels have changed with the challenges they have faced, and the forum has also had to adapt. But this forum must still be one of the most popular forums in the country. (probably the most popular)

Thanks for the replies guys and you guys are thinking exactly what i am thinking by the way.

Just thought i will bring it up because there has been some strange not so positive comments on here lately and not a lot of people are commenting on things as of late as long as things are all good which i know they are that is all that matters.

This forum will never die as i said on the what i like about this forum thread because there is so much to do on it if you want to get away from the babeshows you can go on other stuff it is unlike any other forum i have been on.

Bloody hell GMach your right about some members being unfriendly you can't say anything without some members being up your arse over it i have never had this issue before.

I don't think I've seen anything lately that's not just normal 'rough and tumble'.

Those looking back on the past here are using rose tinted specs imo. It's been much worse than this, certainly for periods. Remember when negative reps were on the go? And why they were removed from the rep system?

There seems to be a situation developing now though, where we have to start walking on eggshells round some members.
I don't see this as being particularly healthy for the forum either.

Kingsmind - Your post about Joey being a drama queen was a good response to my post. I did chuckle a bit when I thanked the post. But you have to accept that Joey, being Joey, is going to have a pop back. That's just the way it goes.

I see he's had a pop at me this morning too, but it was a poor effort so I'm just going to let it go

Just would like to add the hole reason why i raised the question is the forum dying so the reason behind this is i have seen people having digs on here which happened on a previous forum which resulted in it dying there was only about 8 people online not even that about 3 people online when it was in it's 1000's.

Plus the Mods wasn't doing there jobs probably which is far from a problem on here you guys are great and it all got to much for them so they themselves didn't turn up i myself was a Mod on that site so i have got past experience but i resigned in the end because i thought F this shit.

But as i say this forum is well alive.

Whilst the forum is very much alive & kicking and there is no sign of it beginning to die, i do think this current spate of forum members taking pops at each other in posts & signatures needs to be nipped in the bud now.
