Iran could be in for a hard time because they're playing catch-up, like China.

The key is to stay ahead of it, as we, and most other countries, are doing.

Do we know it's origin source? Many have believed it has come from horseshoe bats in China

I heard it was mice from the future that escaped from the Tardis.

These things tend to originate in China because they have large very crowded markets with lots of live animals and humans mixing, and this allows for a higher probability that viruses that have previously only been circulating among animal species to make the jump to humans. Pinning down exactly which species it originated in can be tricky, but swine flu for instance was traced to pigs of course.

UK cases yesterday reported to be at 35 and the first in my county (Hertfordshire). If it does peak this month it may peak probably too late to allow Cheltenham to go ahead but hopefully this week we will see what further measures the government are se to bring in to contain it.
