From what's been posted before the isn't accepting tokens message means waiting verification but what is it that needs to be verified?

I assume that verified is age verified and that's all.

^^^ Age verification must take place before the model can even broadcast, otherwise they could be broadcasting an under-age model, which would lead to a whole heap of trouble.
More likely bank account details need to be verified to allow payments to be processed, so no tokens are accepted until then as they couldn't be redeemed.

Thank you for your comment munch, that makes a lot of sense. Age must be verified first, before any broadcast can take place.

You must have limited the cams available by applying the geographical filter. Go to advanced options and untick the box for South America.
