Glenda Jackson - RIP

Sad to see the news that Glenda Jackson has died at the age of 87.

She was a great actress in the 1970's who then went on to become a Member of Parliament

Was Briefly a minister the Blair Governemen t but undoubtedly one of our finest actresses. Probably found the trabsition to politics a lot harder than she expected buyt she served her constituency with dinstiinction.
