R.I.P. David Soul

Rest in Peace to actor and singer David Soul who's passed away aged 80. Of course best known as Detective Ken "Hutch" Hutchinson in Starsky & Hutch.

Loved Starsky & Hutch and wrote some great songs as well.

Condolences toi all concerned

Another reminder today with the very sad news that we have lost David Soul! One half of what - for me - was among the greatest cop show duos - Starsky and Hutch - of all time. Maybe even in the top two for me personally along side Bodie/Doyle 'The Professionals' He wasn't the worst singer in the world either, and I bought (or had bought for me) his two most well known songs in 'Don't give up on us baby' and 'Silver Lady' I remain to this day, proud to own them!

A great actor and a fine singer. If you haven't seen it check out In the line of duty. The FBI murders. Probably the best made for TV movie ever made.
