Whilst at Destination Star Trek UK in 2018 that was at Birmingham NEC, I attended a Q&A panel William Shatner did. He was on excellent form throughout with loads of stories and anecdotes about his career

Oddly enough, I've just started rewatching the original series, and there's more humour in it than I'd remembered.
Spock even cracks a joke in the episode where an intoxicated Sulu runs amok on the bridge with a sword. After neutralising him with a Vulcan neck pinch, he quips "Somebody get D'artagnan here to sick bay".
