Torchwood

Sorry to bump an old thread - just maybe it'll be of note to some people that Torchwood starts Thursday at 9pm on BBC1.

Episode 1 : Miracle Day, the write-up sounds good.

already seen the first episode online. it is awsome and not read any of the reviews by people. there is a twist in this series.

Just seen the first episode, in a word, excellent. Maybe a bit of an strange reaction from Gwen when she gets visitors, though to be fair I react like that when the Jehovah's Witnesses knock

I was thinking the same as Captain Jack last night.
Just cut the fucking head off.

That did not kill it though.
They could have dissolved the head in acid. It could not have survived that.

Very enjoyable, I thought it was just going to be a one off story.

I bet Gaddafi's men wish helicopters were so easy to shoot down.

We'll keep a welcome in the hillside, but don't go to Gwen Coopers house

the cutting of the head and then the eyes blinking afterwards was so fucking creepy yet brilliant.

this series is like series 3 but over 10 episodes one story from multipule angles converging into one.

everyone immortal but capt jack is mortal is awesome. cant wait to see where this series goes and how it finishes.

A very good start but was a bit pissed off that a lot was given away in the highlights at the end of the episode.

this series of torchwood is going to be epic. series 3 was going to be hard to beat but so far series 4 is topping series.

Watched this episode last week, heard that the gay sex scene will be cut from the Uk version all you see is a naked arse.

in episode 4 the assassin with no name was played by c thomas howall who played the boston reaper in criminal minds. he has the face of a killer and can a convincing killer. i am thinking that someone or thing take a dna sample for jack many years before torchwood and reverse engineered it into a virus with no trace so that jack becomes mortal and can be killed.
