Wiggo looks like he has it won, barring any falls !

Barring accidents in Paris Sunday it should be Brit 1-2 with Wigginns and Froome. It may also be a hat trick of wins Sunday with Cavendish likely to the final stage.Big Grin

I'll cheer when he crosses the line & not before. I wouldn't trust the French as far as i could throw them!

Only caught a few stages, but he reminded me of indurian in his style. Sat to the middle back of his team only getitng out of his seat occasionally. I like how he slowed the race down to wait for last years winner who had been taced. Myself, i'd have opened a shit load of distance up.

Don't worry there are no Platini like figures involved in the running of the Tour de France

RE: Tour de France
Don't get too excited. As a friend correctly told me tonight, it's not as Patriotic win as everyone thinks. As Bradley Wiggins was born in Belgium and 2nd placed Chris Froome was born in Kenyaeek. We still can't produce world beaters as much as i hoped we could. I must admit though i think Froome should get a bit of a mention on the news as it looks like it's going to be a Brit 1-2 and without him Wiggins may have struggled. Froome also finished 2nd in the tour of Spain by helping out a fellow team mate, he was a bit annoyed after that as he could have won it himself if he hadn't.
