when you find a pic can you turn it in to a gif so it moves ?

I don't know much about that kind of thing, but if you have jpegs that run in a sequence, you could make a 'flick book' style gif...that might be cool!

nice one skully i have had a look do you know how do to it iam trying things and not working for me it a pic of a bird bent over and i want her ass to move lol you know what i mean lol

I do mate, you want it to 'jiggle' lol. I don't know if that's possible to do, too advanced for me I'm afraid .

As Skully said, its done from a sequence of pics Bree - not just one pic.

For example you could have a video of someone shaking their ass and take screen caps - say 2 per second for 5 or 10 seconds and then import those into a gif making application.
