Advice required please

Just give in and pay it, given the circumstances its most likely the cheapest option as you would probably lose any appeal and end up paying more. In principle its disgusting to give in but you're fighting a losing battle. I've been issued parking tickets for no apperant reason two or three times and while I could have appealed, I gave in and payed the fine for an easy life. Although it goes against all my principles, I just couldn't imagime gaining a successful result. If you do decide to proceed with an appeal then I wish you luck an hope you bring the bast**ds down!

You might get away with it if there was a mistake made on the ticket ie wrong date or it wasn't signed by the warden.
