I am not sure what reminded me of this & I'll be testing peoples memories here but does anyone remember, way back in the early days, when the 2nd babe channel after babestation appeared (babecast??)
I think it was the one that had emily dean and the like, I think it was also affiliated with babestation though they pretended it wasn't

anyway, to my question, there was a blond(ish) chick on there, who never got her tits out (this was when it was only night shows)
I seemed to get the vibe that whenever someone tried to get her to get her top off, she would intimate that she wasn't allowed to.. maybe because she was, how do I put this without being libelous, not 18?
