I'm here quite infrequently these days, so have only just seen your original post for the first time tonight. Sorry to respond so late!

I injured my back many years ago and needed a lot of physio and tho I was nowhere near as bad as you, I can completely sympathise mate. I really hope the healing is coming along and that you get an active life back soon.

In the meantime, I'm sending a nurse over to motivate you a wee bit
