What Dina needs to work out now is over the winter she needs to decide whether she wants to double up for both sprints in Tokyo or concentrate on one sprint and stay fresh for what potentially could be a great relays squad in Tokyo, I'd like to see her go for both, but after that performance she may feel better in concentrating on the 200m and then the 4x100.
