What are the rules with daytime dirty talk?

Im confused what the rules are.

On BS the girls dont seem to talk dirty or have phone sex at all in the daytime.

On xpanded though you can clearly see the girls are talking about being fucked etc. If you can lip read a little.

Are the xpanded girls just a bit more game or are the rules different?
