NWA title match : Ric Flair ( c ) vs Terry Gordy(WCCW 1985)

An old favourite of mine sees Gordy get huge pops in Texas(who'd have ever thought it?)as he comes close to dethroning "slick" Ric in a lively encounter that starts with a pre match segment that you'd never be able to get away with today.Gordy's punches look great throughout and Flair does an excellent job with the selling,really makes Gordy look sensational.I still find this 30 plus year old stuff far more exciting than the formulaic garbage WWE puts out today.
