Daytime Empress of Xpanded 2025 - Discussion Thread

APOLOGIES to those who have already voted in the Daytime Empress of Xpanded 2025 vote which commenced yesterday evening, but I now realise I should have made this vote a ranked vote with points-per-ranking, as I have done in the Nightbabe Empress 2025 vote. Most of you have actually ranked your votes (including me).

PLEASE BE AWARE THIS VOTE MAY HAVE TO BE RE-LAUNCHED. I’ve opened this accompanying thread to discuss this (I propose a relaunch because the rules on the opening post would need to be changed; if there is sufficient enough support to do a rule change between now and this eve, I have time to re-edit the rules on the existing open vote as re-editing time in within 24 hours).

What do people think? Already I am concerned the vote might be tighter than a nat’s chuff and so a ranked vote would open out the field abit more. If the opinion to change it is not more than 60/40 in favour of changing, I will leave it as it stands. If there is a strong agreement to change before this eve (mostly everyone who posts being in agreement to change it), then I’ll make the change on the live vote this eve. If after say tomorrow eve, it becomes a clear majority to change the rules, I’ll relaunch

I noticed the Nightbabe Empress 2025 was a ranked vote while the Daytime Empress 2025 wasn't. I didn't say anything as it's kind enough of you to do this in the first place. I'm in two minds between leaving it as is or redo it so both are ranked. I'm just glad you're running it. Cheers.

I've edited my post to a ranked version, but I'll do it again if you relaunch.

I almost always list my votes by ranked order in these things anyway, and have done this time aswell.

I don't mind what you decide, although before it goes too much further, in my opinion probably best to relaunch the thread. If that happens I will post my same list again.

The Daytime Empress of Xpanded vote has been relaunched after the first vote which started on Fri 28th Nov was cancelled (rule change). I PMd to all those who had submitted on the now cancelled vote thread. So far all have resubmitted except Snooks, verybadroger & jumbo_jim. Please resubmit when you have time.
