What was it that used to kill people in those Victorian and Edwardian novels? "Frightful news Emelia, Mr Fossington-Harringthwaite died of an apoplexy!" That'll be me, a stiffened corpse with one fist raised in anger, a purple face and steam wafting out of my ears...
